    1 ich hatte da schon angefangen und ist jetzt denk ich nur noch die TÜ Sache offen. Daher werd ich mit Ralph reden und das klären was deren Anforderungen sind
     1implement a side-port interface for the global measurement engine. it needs information about active links, needs to resolve stuff to endpoints etc. each node must tell whether it wants to allow the sideport on its node.
